Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to engage with Sales Associate to understand their needs, provide information on Sherwin-Williams items, and propose suitable resolutions. To ensure high customer satisfaction, Branch Coordinators must be responsive to and resolve any client issues promptly and maintain awareness of product attributes, alongside preserving the products and store's visual and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold customer contentment by providing top-notch sales assistance
  • Provide assistance to individuals in-store and via phone communication channels by ascertaining their needs and proposing relevant products and services
  • Cultivate positive and fruitful trust partnerships with wholesale buyers to drive successful business relations
  • Perform sales transactions with accuracy and in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Reach and surpass sales objectives across monthly, quarterly, and annual timeframes
  • Ensure that work order files and formulas are meticulously maintained
  • Gather relevant products from the sales area or stockroom
  • Customize and combine goods to cater to the individual preferences of the customers
  • Arrange items on shelves and create visually appealing presentations
  • Clean store equipment
  • Load/unload delivery trucks
  • Offer support in delivering goods, as necessary
  • Ensure that the assigned sections have sufficient stock and are visually appealing
  • Keep yourself up to date on the merchandise available and engage in conversations about the different options
  • Follow the guidelines for maintaining control over inventory
  • Provide recommendations for boosting sales revenue

Minimum Requirements:

  • It is a requirement to be a minimum of eighteen (18) years old
  • It is essential for the candidate to be eligible to work in the country where the job is located without the need for employment work visa sponsorship
  • The ability to comprehend, speak, read, and articulate in the English language is necessary
  • The ability to understand, write, read, and communicate effectively in Spanish is essential
  • - Required to be capable of retrieving materials from shelves and floor stacks and lifting and moving weights up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable modifications
  • Openness to fulfilling all scheduled shifts, even if they fall on evenings or weekends, with or without accommodations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid and unencumbered Driver's License
  • Individuals must have completed High School or obtained a GED
  • Possess at least one (1) year of hands-on involvement in a delivery, retail, or customer service capacity
  • Experienced in the sales of paint and associated products from prior positions
  • Experienced in operating tinting and blending equipment in prior positions
