The primary responsibility of this position is to engage with Sales Associate to understand their needs, provide information on Sherwin-Williams items, and propose suitable resolutions. To ensure high customer satisfaction, Branch Coordinators must be responsive to and resolve any client issues promptly and maintain awareness of product attributes, alongside preserving the products and store's visual and quality standards.
