Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 3 to oversee culinary food services at the UC Health Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.  UC Health brings together the region’s top clinicians and researchers to provide world-class care to the Cincinnati community and beyond. The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations and support 40 frontline staff for patient meals and retail operations.  This is a high impact position that is responsible for enhancing our patient satisfaction, and retail customer dining experience through culinary creativity, food presentation and overall leadership presence at this outstanding account.

• has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
• has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
• Experience in retail food and café food merchandising and marketing plans to drive enhanced transaction growth and customer capture rates
• Working knowledge with cash handling and cash management policies with accountability and accuracy through managing staff
• Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
• can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years   

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
