Job Description
This pivotal position is integral to the triumph of our Store Attendant. Store Attendant work in close collaboration with both wholesale and retail customers to ascertain their requirements, respond to their inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and provide the right recommendations. Along with promptly addressing any customer issues, they are responsible for ensuring maximum client satisfaction, staying updated on product features, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Store associates are entrusted with achieving excellent customer service and meeting the store's sales goals on a consistent basis.
The role requires liaising with customers, including minors, and overseeing financial transactions, electronic tools, confidential information, merchandise, and valuable assets. The Company views a criminal history check as crucial to safeguard its business operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, employees, vendors, contractors, and the broader community.

Level Three In-House Interview at the Store Premises
Upon reviewing your video interview, our Recruitment team extends invitations to the most qualified candidates to have an in-person meeting at one of our store locations, specialty wholesale branches, floorcovering facilities, or delivery service terminals.
