Responsibilities

  • Maintain superior customer satisfaction via outstanding sales support
  • Aid patrons in-store and via phone by identifying their needs and recommending the right products and services
  • Creating strong bonds of trust with both wholesale and retail customers is crucial for driving successful relationships and achieving productivity
  • Carry out sales transactions with accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Success lies in tracking and attaining sales objectives monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Ensure that work order documents and formulas are meticulously maintained
  • Gather relevant merchandise from the sales space or inventory
  • Customize and merge materials according to the preferences of customers
  • Arrange goods on the shelves and create visually appealing showcases
  • Clean store equipment
  • Load/unload delivery trucks
  • Offer assistance for deliveries when necessary
  • Keep assigned areas stocked and in a tidy and presentable state
  • Keep up to date with the products provided and have conversations about the different alternatives
  • Follow the protocols for inventory control
  • Provide recommendations for boosting sales numbers

Minimum Requirements:

  • An individual must reach the age of eighteen (18) to meet the requirement
  • Candidates must possess the necessary authorization to work in the country where the employment is based, with no requirement for visa sponsorship in the present or future
  • It is necessary to hold a valid and unhindered Driver's License
  • Should be able to retrieve objects from both shelves and floor stacks and lift and convey weights up to 50 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 70 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Flexibility is required to cover all designated work hours, including nights and weekends, with or without accommodations as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An individual must have obtained at least a high school diploma or GED
  • Possess at least a year's worth of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service capacity
  • Previous work history includes selling various types of paint and paint-related items in a retail setting
  • Experienced in the operation of tinting and mixing equipment from previous job roles
  • The skill of being multilingual encompasses the ability to comprehend, communicate, read, and write in various languages
  • Capability in comprehending, communicating, writing, and reading in Spanish or Turkish
