Retail Assistant are required to liaise with wholesale and retail clients to discern their needs, address questions regarding Sherwin-Williams merchandise, and advise on appropriate solutions. Ensuring swift resolution of any customer concerns, maximizing client satisfaction, and keeping abreast of product features while maintaining high product quality and store visuals are key responsibilities. Providing outstanding customer service and consistently meeting sales goals are crucial tasks assigned to store associates.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
