Job Description:

Retail Assistant are required to liaise with wholesale and retail clients to discern their needs, address questions regarding Sherwin-Williams merchandise, and advise on appropriate solutions. Ensuring swift resolution of any customer concerns, maximizing client satisfaction, and keeping abreast of product features while maintaining high product quality and store visuals are key responsibilities. Providing outstanding customer service and consistently meeting sales goals are crucial tasks assigned to store associates.

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Stage 2 Cyber Interview

Step Three Store Interview

Following the review of your video interview, the Recruitment team selects the most qualified candidates to participate in a face-to-face meeting with our team at a specified location, whether it be a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility, or delivery service terminal.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently offer excellent sales service to meet and exceed customer satisfaction
  • - Provide assistance to customers in-store and on the phone by understanding their needs and proposing fitting products and services
  • Building strong and constructive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers to boost productivity and cooperation
  • Perform sales transactions with precision and consistency following the stipulated policies and procedures
  • Aim to reach and exceed sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Keep detailed and accurate work order files and formulas
  • Select appropriate goods from the retail space or storage facility
  • Personalize the tint and mix of products to meet customer preferences
  • Place goods on shelves and establish eye-catching arrangements
  • Clean store equipment
  • Load/unload delivery trucks
  • Support delivery services as needed
  • Ensure that the assigned areas are consistently stocked and well-organized
  • Keep yourself well-versed in the products being offered and participate in conversations about the options that can be explored
  • Ensure compliance with the inventory management protocols
  • Propose tactics for driving sales growth

Minimum Requirements:

  • Being eighteen (18) years old is a mandatory condition that must be met
  • The individual should be legally allowed to work in the country of employment without the necessity of sponsorship for a work visa currently or in the future
  • Proficiency in English necessitates skills in reading, writing, comprehension, and communication
  • The ability to understand, read, write, and communicate in Spanish is a must
  • The job demands the capacity to retrieve items from shelves and floor stacks, and to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Working all designated hours, potentially during evenings and weekends, is necessary, regardless of whether accommodations are provided

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Carry a lawful and unimpeded Driver's License
  • Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED
  • Should have acquired a year's worth of work experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Previous job involvement focused on the marketing and selling of paint as well as associated products
  • Skilled in operating tinting and mixing equipment from prior job responsibilities
