Responsibilities

Provide general family medicine care for patients of all ages

Qualifications and Experience

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 5 years)
Licensed in Minnesota (Interstate Medical License accepted)
Active BLS certification
Minimum of 24 months experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics
