Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support facility and equipment maintenance during 1st shift operations. This full-time role is essential in ensuring all machinery and systems operate safely and efficiently within our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and systems; perform necessary corrective actions
• Plan and carry out preventative maintenance tasks across all equipment
• Evaluate production processes and recommend efficiency improvements
• Order and manage materials and parts for repairs and upgrades
• Organize and perform maintenance and repair work on production equipment
• Identify equipment issues by monitoring operations and using precision diagnostic tools
• Disassemble defective equipment and assess components using hand/power tools, hoists, or cranes
• Fabricate replacement parts using machine shop tools and instruments
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions, including safety and forklift operation
• Ensure all health, safety, and regulatory standards are strictly followed
• Maintain clear communication with production, management, and brewery teams regarding current and upcoming projects
• Document completed tasks and participate in emergency repairs outside of normal hours as needed
• Comply with Occupational Health & Safety Act guidelines, PPE protocols, and GMP standards
• Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

• Physically capable of standing, walking, and kneeling for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and pushing loads up to 175 lbs
• Flexibility in work hours and schedules

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in machinery maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of both low and high voltage electrical systems is a plus
• Experience with sanitary welding is a plus
