They must also swiftly resolve any customer issues, ensure maximum customer satisfaction, keep abreast of product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of both the products and the store. Their primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer service while consistently attaining the store's sales objectives.
The position entails interactions with clients, possibly minors, and handling cash, electronic devices, personal information, store merchandise, and valuable items, whether under supervision or alone.
