Job Description:
Client Support Representative are responsible for liaising with wholesale and retail consumers to ascertain their needs, respond to queries concerning Sherwin-Williams products, and propose suitable recommendations. They are also expected to promptly address any customer issues, ensure optimal client satisfaction, keep abreast of product specifications, and maintain the superior quality and visual presentation of products and the store. Their main focus is on delivering outstanding customer service, all while meeting the store's sales objectives consistently.
Engaging with customers, some of whom may be underage, and having access to cash, payment options, electronic tools, sensitive information, merchandise, and valuable assets in the store, whether under supervision or not, necessitates a thorough criminal background verification process as deemed necessary by the Company to preserve its business operations, reputation, and the security of its customers, employees, vendors, and the public in general.
