Responsibilities:

Provide information about menu items, store policies, and Starbucks rewards program.
Welcome customers in a friendly manner and determine their needs and preferences.
Ensure that the work area, utensils, and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
